Nikaline Iacono

Nikaline Iacono is a Provincetown native who literally grew up in the kitchen of her dad’s restaurant, eating fancy pine nuts and pasta. She began washing dishes in highschool, and steadily worked her way up the ranks eventually running beverage programs for several Maine restaurants. In 2018 she opened her very own bar - Vessel and Vine in Brunswick, Maine. Although this business has morphed and evolved over the years, fine wine and craft cocktails have held steady as the heart of the mission.

Averil Burner

Averil Burner began waiting tables at 16 and proceeded to work every corner of the front of house, ultimately managing bar menus, wine lists, food and wine pairings and guest experience at a number of Portland area restaurants. This investment of life in the restaurant industry along with some formal wine training has given her plenty of practice in creating and executing ever-changing cocktail menus and wine lists.
